Surveying the scene at Penryn College – Mission Update!
As part of their continual training for our Environmental Leaders at Penryn the students attended a training session on ecology survey techniques held by Dr Jo Henly. At the session they learned the value of surveying a range of environments and the variety of techniques that can be used to find out what lives in these environments and the abundance of each.
The next session is to bring the data together and decide on a plan of action for the ecology area – what habitats are working and what could be improved.

Help us keep our resources free!
All of our resources are currently free and you can help them to stay that way and support the other work of Roots & Shoots in the UK by making a donation, no matter how small. The easiest way to donate to the Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots programme UK online is by using Virgin Money Giving. This can be a one off donation for any amount you want (every pound helps!) or if you prefer you can set up a regular, monthly donation.

Looking forward to the results!
