Plastic Bottle Greenhouse Building at Mayflower Primary
In November 2015 we built out plastic bottle greenhouse! It was a great way for our students to carry out recycling as well as helping produce this amazing greenhouse!
A huge thank you to our Gardening Club, Mrs Mohamad, Miss Patel, Lee Jowett, Leicester City Council’s Environmental Education Officer, and to our local Community Police Officer for coming along to help us!
Our bottle greenhouse is so nearly finished! We ran out of bottles when we had just one roof panel left to go. Thank you to all the staff and children who have helped to make our greenhouse dreams come true! We’ll finish our greenhouse in the next few weeks when we have the last few bottles.
