Damers First School – National Young Enterprise Fiver Challenge Champions!

Damers Eco Enforcers have won the National Young Enterprise Fiver Challenge Competition for their Waxtastic No Plastic product (an alternative to cling film). They won Best Group as well as Most Profitable Product. This is the second year in a row that the children have won both awards and the third year they have won Best Group. The children will be going to an awards day at the end of September in London.

The children have raised £910 so far with the money going towards a nature area with pond for the school grounds.

They are selling their product at the Dorset Food and Arts Festival on the 4th August and the Dorset County Show on the 1st and 2nd September.
