Diana Littlejohns, creator of Doodles with my Daughter:

“Only very few rhinos survive outside national parks and reserves today as a result of relentless poaching and habitat loss. A sub-species of Asian rhino, Javan, became extinct in Vietnam in 2011 and in Africa, the northern white rhino and western black rhino have recently gone extinct in the wild. Conservation efforts working alongside rural communities are helping, but education is key to their survival.

As a conservation artist who creates art with my little daughter whilst teaching her about the importance of conservation, I now also teach conservation through art at nursery schools. Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots is a truly incredible organisation that helps facilitate the education of children in conservation, and this is why a donation of 20% of all profits made from the sale of these baby rhino Christmas cards will go there to help funding.”
