RSPB Big Schools Birdwatch
This week the whole school took part in the RSPB's Big Schools Bird Watch. We had lots of fun spotting the different birds that visit our garden during the day. We had to record how many birds we saw at one time. We saw the most birds between break time and lunch time, we think this may be because they were searching for any delicious treats we may have left behind! The gulls in particular were definitely waiting for some tasty treats! We spotted 10 at once just waiting on the roof! When the results have all been collected we are going to compare this years results with previous years to see if there is a difference. Do you think there will be?We also think we might have some Blue tits nesting in our garden which is very exciting!
