Hands of Peace posters for World Peace Day 2025

This week, Year 5 and 6 at Spinfield Primary School in Marlow have been creating Hands of Peace posters to commemorate World Peace Day, which was on September 21st. 

Their posters will be put on permanent display in the school Hall. 

They wanted to use hands as a symbol of Peace. We can use our hands in so many ways to promote peace and to spread peace. Just by touch, or by a friendly handshake or by holding hands, we can spread peacefulness across the world.
