Featured Activity: Fairtrade - Create a radio or video advert

This activity is one of our People Activities and is an activity all about Fairtrade and how our shopping habits affect people around the world.Around the world many farmers and workers don’t get paid enough wages to live on, so although they work hard, they still live in poverty. Your students will discover how Fairtrade works and put together a wall display showing facts and figures they have learnt about in their discovery. To take it to the next level your students can record a short radio or video advert using the information they have learnt combined with a bit of drama and media experience!
