School has large field - now developing a nature trail (funded by PTA and Delhi Community Benefit Fund, from proceeds of Opencast Mining on Blagdon Estate) and raised beds for School Gardening Club. Links with Northumberland Wildlife Trust and in red squirrel area. Involved in BBC Breathing Spaces and Birdwatch.”
