The Environment Around The New Forest Primary School

The local environment around The New Forest Primary School is described as:

“We are a rural school, based on two sites, on the northern end of The New Forest National Park. The KS2 site has direct access onto open woodlands and the KS1 has a large meadow and playing field. Both sites have spiritual gardens, vegetables areas and provision for wildlife. We have a close link in the village, with a member of the community, who is happy to share her conservation garden with us. We also have a weekly session in the forest learning directly about the wildlife that lives there. We have thriving wildlife clubs on both sites.”
