The Environment Around Pennington Infant School

The local environment around Pennington Infant School is described as:

“We have a large open field that we share with ajoining junior and senior school. We have some large oak trees and hedgerows. A small sensory garden is currently being developed. There is a small woodland next to our school field, this has a lake in the middle which unfortunately is unsafe for the children to go near as it has grown a rare weed / algae which is dangerous. We have a large common a short 10 minute walk away in the village with some trees, hedgerows and a park - a favourite place for dog walkers.”
