Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots Awards 2025 - Celebrating YOU!
The future we are all working toward is greener, kinder, and more sustainable—and it is the young people of Roots & Shoots who are leading the way. Across the country, we’ve witnessed extraordinary achievements: creative recycling initiatives, heartfelt community projects, thriving school gardens, and wildlife habitats bursting with life. Their work inspires us every day and strengthens our determination to celebrate and support their efforts.
This year’s Roots & Shoots Awards may have taken a different format, but they were no less meaningful. Every project nomination lifted our spirits and reminded us why it is so important to keep making a positive difference, even in challenging times. Keep hope alive through action—just as Dr Jane always encouraged us to do.
Thank you to all the schools and groups who entered this year’s awards. Our team—and our generous sponsors—faced an incredibly difficult task choosing winners for each category. In fact, the standard was so high that we added two additional categories to honour even more exceptional Roots & Shoots schools.
We are thrilled to announce the Winners of Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots Awards 2025!
